Ben set up Benjamin Henry Limited in 2020 after developing his experience in the building & joinery trade over the past 17 years. He started his career working for a master cabinet maker before expanding in to furniture restoration/making, joinery & timber framing. In 2011 he moved to Sierra Leone where he project managed construction sites with teams of 40+ workers for 3 years before returning to the UK to set up his own company. He’s passionate about all things nature & sustainability which shines through our work & company ethos. In his spare time Ben enjoys getting outdoors with anything survival/bushcraft related & spending time with his young family.

James qualified as an electrician in 2016 after a career change from working in the Police force & as a business manager for Lloyds Banking Group. He initially worked for an electrical firm before setting up his own business in 2020 & later joining us to become ‘Benjamin Henry Electrics‘ alongside his childhood friend, Ben. James is the manager of our electrical department. In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his family, watching films & eating sweets.

Mark has dedicated his entire career to the construction industry, starting out laying steel floors before returning to college to deepen his understanding of the trade. From his early days as a trainee site manager, he has progressed to leading major projects for prominent firms nationwide. Highly skilled across multiple trades, Mark has a particular passion for plastering, bricklaying & rendering. One of the standout achievements in his career was serving as a site manager on the prestigious Taunton School swimming pool & sports centre project, where he successfully led teams of 50–60 trades. As a Project Manager, Mark thrives on supporting his team & ensuring the smooth & efficient delivery of every project. He also enjoys working closely with clients, authorities & designers to maintain clear communication & alignment throughout the process. Outside of work, Mark enjoys cycling & spending quality time with his two young grandchildren.

With nearly two decades of experience delivering low-energy buildings from large-scale residential projects to pioneering Passivhaus certified developments across the UK. Dominic brings a rare depth of expertise to our growing team. Having begun his career with Bovis Lend Lease in 2005, Dominic went on to play a key role in the delivery of the Camden Passivhaus, the first certified Passivhaus in London in 2009. Over the years, he has been involved & supported a range of projects across social housing & private developments. At Benjamin Henry Limited, Dominic brings sustainable buildings to life & drives change in how buildings are built with a particular eye on quality & materials. His hands-on, collaborative approach, knowledge & understanding aligns perfectly with our mission to create buildings that perform better for our clients & the planet.
