Ben set up Benjamin Henry Limited in 2020 after developing his experience in the building & joinery trade over the past 17 years. He started his career working for a master cabinet maker before expanding in to furniture restoration/making, joinery & timber framing. In 2011 he moved to Sierra Leone where he project managed construction sites with teams of 40+ workers for 3 years before returning to the UK to set up his own company. He’s passionate about all things nature & sustainability which shines through our work & company ethos. In his spare time Ben enjoys getting outdoors with anything survival/bushcraft related & spending time with his young family.

James qualified as an electrician in 2016 after a career change from working in the Police force & as a business manager for Lloyds Banking Group. He initially worked for an electrical firm before setting up his own business in 2020 & later joining us to become ‘Benjamin Henry Electrics‘ alongside his childhood friend, Ben. James is the manager of our electrical department. In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his family, watching films & eating sweets.

Craig got his first taste of the building industry at the tender age of 13 whilst doing work experience before officially entering the trade at 18 to become a plasterer, specialising in external rendering & damp work. Driven by his love for a challenge, he then qualified as a bricklayer, enabling him to build entire houses from scratch – something he has accomplished with his own properties! Over the years, Craig has taken on leadership roles as a site foreman & project manager across both residential & commercial projects before joining Benjamin Henry Ltd. Outside of work, Craig is passionate about sports; he’s a huge rugby enthusiast supporting the Exeter Chiefs & enjoys swimming as well as spending time with his family, including his two young children.
