We’ve completed a variety of work at this home over the past few years, big & small, so thought it was a great opportunity to show the wide range of services that we can offer.
Our wonderful clients first contacted us to extend their living room with a rear single extension. This added additional space but also allows more light to flood through to the rest of the room which previously felt closed off & dark. Although this is a relatively small extension, it has completely transformed the function & feel for our clients as well as their visiting family members.
The large windows along with velux roof lights mean this space is light & bright. Creating an opening between the extension & the existing means you get an open plan feel. This has now become a multifunctional space – a dining area as well as cosy reading area to look out upon the garden.
A little while after this was completed, our clients asked us to return to convert the garage. As with many garages, this was used as more of a storage area & with their grandchildren visiting often, it meant they’d lost a room upstairs.
We created two spaces within the old garage with an opening in to the main house. The first as a storage room and the second as a hobby room for this keen musician.
We were then called back again – this time to renovate the kitchen!
The electrics were completed by Benjamin Henry Electrics, then our team got to work fitting the new kitchen to transform this space. Although this wasn’t one of our bespoke kitchens, we did build a few customised bits including this beautiful bench seat to make use of the space.
Our clients are thrilled with their home now & we’re sure they’ll continue enjoying it for many years to come.
